| Game Rescheduling Procedure |
Make-Up / Rescheduled Games are coordinated and approved by the field scheduler. The field scheduler can "pencil in" requests and confirm referee availability while you work to confirm that date, time and location with your players and the other team. However, you must either agree to confirm or lose the field within a reasonable amount of time. DO NOT assume that any date works for game reschedules. Upon final confirmation, the field scheduler will arrange for referees with the referee coordinator.
