Playing Up in Age Group
As per United States Soccer Federation Guidelines, mandated effective 9/1/2016, all players will be rostered according to calendar year of birth date. We can no longer honor request "playing up" to be with children of a certain grade.
Birth Certificate Requirements A copy of your child's birth certificate is required for all players. If you did not submit one in the past, please upload a copy of the birth certificate into the registration system. It must be a graphics or photo file, no larger than 512 kB. PDF files are not accepted. If your file is larger than 512 kB, the instructions in the document to the left describe how to make it smaller.
Uniforms U6 to U8:each player will receive a team shirt and socks, both of which are included in the registration fees.
U9 players and Older Teams: All players U9-U19 are required to order a NEW uniform this Fall 2016.The uniform package will include one red and one white Adidas game jersey with matching player number on back, black Adidas shorts and black Adidas socks. This uniform will be used through the spring season of 2018 - 2 playing years / 4 seasons. Please keep that in mind for sizing when ordering. Uniform cost $70.00

U6 - U8 Team Sponsorships
Help fund FCAYS field improvements while also advertising your business both on teams' shirts and on the club's website homepage. FCAYS Team sponsorships are available for the U6 to U8 age groups. The name of your company will be printed above the number for high visibility. Your logo on the FCAYS home page will appear on a flash basis with another image with a link to your web site on a connected sponsors' page. The cost is $150 per team. You can sponsor a team with your child's registration. Your sponsorship may be contingent upon sponsoring your child's team. Sponsorships are on a First In / First Accepted basis by date of payment received. Team coaches get preference for sponsorships. After that, it's first received and paid.

Registration Fees In order to discourage last-minute registrations, we are again offering early-bird discounts. We are required to declare teams to PA-West by August 1 and order uniforms for the season. Therefore, the final registration deadline will be July 29, 2016. Registration will be accepted into August on a case by case basis only and will require commissioner approval. A late registration fee will be assessed. You may find the appropriate Commissioner's contact info on the Who to Contact page. If teams are oversubscribed before the deadline, the teams will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The last registrants to pay the registration fee will be placed on a waiting list.
The registration fee is refundable (minus a $5 processing fee) until July 29th and partially refundable (all except $20) until August 14th. The fee is not refundable after August 14th. Refund requests should be emailed to Carrie Work @ firstname.lastname@example.org.

PA West Soccer now requires us to use their online registration system, developed by Affinity Soccer. Please download and print the Registration Instructions by clicking on the icon to the leftto guide you through the process.
